Bulls Must Strive to Counterattack and Regain Market Control

In the "Warrants Passion" section, among the major business categories, the ones currently showing the strongest ultra-short-term performance are utilities, conglomerates, and property & construction. In the short term, the healthcare sector is the strongest. Additionally, among the 150 securities monitored by the author, those with the highest ultra-short-term speculative value at present are China Resources Beer (00291), Bank of Communications (03328), and CSOP Japan Equity Hedge (03160), which can serve as references when considering buying their related call warrants or bull certificates for profit. In the short term, Bank of Communications is the strongest. As for securities suitable as references for buying related put warrants or bear certificates for ultra-short-term profit, AIA Group (01299), China Mobile (00941), and Prudential (02378) are recommended. In the short term, Prudential is the weakest.

So far, no positive news has emerged from the China-U.S. summit. This morning (25th), all three index futures opened lower, with the tech index futures experiencing a relatively larger decline. According to wave theory, the 0.618 retracement level of the previous upward wave is highly critical; if prices remain below this level, the likelihood that the ultra-short-term rebound wave in Hong Kong stocks has already ended will be very high. Therefore, bulls must strive to counterattack before today's market close to regain market control. However, under the current uncertain investment climate, the reliability of all technical analysis indicators will be discounted; both speculators and investors must exercise extra caution before entering the market. The key concentration zones for Hang Seng Index bull and bear certificates are currently at 24300/24399 and 25400/25499 respectively, and are unlikely to be attacked before market close. The market is expected to fluctuate within a narrow range for now, allowing futures and options big players to continue their rollover activities.
