Chow Tai Fook Enterprises announced a net profit of HK$2.393 billion for the full year ended June 30, 2026, an increase of 10.7% year-on-year. Basic earnings per share were 53 cents, with a final dividend of 33 cents per share and a proposed bonus issue on the basis of one bonus share for every ten shares held. Revenue for the period was HK$27.1 billion, up 11.6%.
Cheng Chi-ming, Executive Director and Co-CEO of the Group, stated that the company will continue to seek acquisition opportunities across its major businesses. The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.33 per share and issued bonus shares. Cheng said they aim to "earn more, pay more," and issuing bonus shares not only considers share liquidity but also provides shareholders with another trading opportunity; the company will maintain its dividend payout policy.
Currently, the Hang Seng Index stands at 24,523, down 237 points or 1%, with turnover of nearly HK$1.8 billion on the main board. The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index is at 8,172, down 93 points or 1.1%. The Hang Seng Tech Index is at 4,318, down 42 points or 1%.
